September 18, 2007 - MMM Group Limited President & CEO Bruce Bodden is pleased to announce that MMM has acquired the B.C.-based practices of Quadra Pacific Consultants Inc. (Quadra), and R.A. Duff and Associates (2007) Inc. (RADA Group).

“These important acquisitions of quality companies strengthen MMM’s building engineering services in B.C.’s lower mainland,” said Bodden.

Quadra, a 25-person mechanical engineering firm, provides mechanical engineering services for a variety of projects in Western Canada and the United States, including hospitals and laboratories; educational, residential, commercial and industrial facilities. The RADA Group’s electrical engineering experience includes not only educational and healthcare facilities, but also airport, institutional and building projects.

Both firms’ expertise includes LEED® certified design, supporting MMM’s mandate to provide sustainable solutions throughout its projects portfolio.
