While MMM and its subsidiaries have maintained an Ottawa presence for decades, MMM's acquisition of Rybka, Smith and Ginsler, and RS&G Commissioning, and the establishment of MMM International in Ottawa under former Canadian Commercial Corporation President J. Hugh O'Donnell, refocuses our commitment to the Ottawa market at a time of significant growth and opportunity in Canada's capital.

MMM is a recognized industry leader in the provision of quality multidisciplinary engineering and project management solutions for major infrastructure projects in the building, aviation, municipal, and transportation sectors. The Ottawa design group was established to serve clients in the eastern regions of Ontario and Quebec. The group provides mechanical and electrical design services for many varied building types. Our expertise in system design includes: HVAC for standard and special environmental conditions; plumbing and drainage systems including handling of hazardous wastes; special exhaust systems including fume hoods, paint spray booths, kitchen systems, clean rooms, hospital areas etc; power distribution including high voltage transformation, standby generation, U.P.S., conditioned power systems for computers and servers; fire alarm, audio visual and security monitoring systems; lighting design and analysis including automated control and dimming; and fire protection including standpipe, chemical extinguishers and sprinklers. The Ottawa RS&G Commissioning group provides commissioning services verifying performance of mechanical and electrical systems for the hospital and commercial sectors. These services are rendered directly to the building owners as part of a quality assurance procedure. The group adds value by integrating sustainable development principles and strives to meet customers' immediate needs, without compromising their ability to meet future ones.

MMM has been providing services to international clients for more than 40 years. MMM International has worked extensively in the Middle East, the Caribbean, Latin America, Africa, East and South East Asia, and Europe. Projects include hotels and resorts, airports and roads, water supply and waste water treatment, and solid waste management.
