Expertise in Public-Private Partnerships (P3s)
Public-private partnerships (P3s) are joint ventures between governments and private companies formed to design, build, finance and maintain complex projects.
No P3 project is the same. Each has its own financial, operational and technical requirements – and each requires particular experience and expertise.
P3 Pioneers in Canada and Across the Globe
MMM first established its reputation as a P3 pioneer in the 1980s, with such projects as Terminal 3 at Toronto's Pearson International Airport and Ontario's POLARIS/Teranet land data conversion project.
Today, MMM provides engineering, project management, environmental and advisory services for P3 transportation and building projects across Canada, the U.S. and internationally.
